Steve Galloway, PGA Head Golf Professional and General Manager
Steve was elected to PGA membership in 2001. He has worked on a number of committees for the Northern Ohio PGA and was nominated as the Merchandiser of the Year in 2006. He has attended a variety of teaching seminars and is a qualified club fitter for Ping, Titleist, Cobra, and Taylor Made. For the past 5 seasons, Steve has been teaching with the ''Swing View Pro, '' a computer swing analysis system. Steve has been teaching golf to all levels since 1997. Steve has been on the board of the Zanesville District Golf Association since 2009 and is the current president.
Russ Roberts, Golf Course Superintendent
Russ has been employed at Green Valley Golf Club almost the entire time the club has been opened. He is going on his 35th year, and the club is in its 40th anniversary year. Russ has been taking care of the grounds, the greens, and I would almost bet he knows every piece of grass on the golf course. Russ is the Superintendent, the mechanic, the agronomist, and anything else that has to do with the golf course.
Russ and his wife reside in Zanesville, and when not working Russ enjoys traveling and trying his luck in Wheeling.

This is Mary's 3rd season at GVGC. Mary has excellent customer service skills, and she gets along great with all of our golfers.
Mary resides in Zanesville with her husband Jerry. They have two daughters and 3 grandchildren. She spent 27 years at the Longaberger Company. When not working at GVGC, Mary does some consulting work and loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys racing and riding her Harley Davidson.
This is Sherry's second season at Green Valley Golf Club. Sherry is easy going, loves to be around people, and enjoys her work at the golf course. Sherry comes from a very large family, 8 brothers and 2 sisters. She loves spending time with her 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and expecting another grandson in June. Sherry resides in South Zanesville and works for Neff Trucking. Sherry is an avid walker and is a Duke Blue Devil fan.
Sherry Vaughn
Ruth has worked at GVGC for 6 seasons. Before getting into the golf business, Ruth worked 20 years at Robert's Jewelers, 15 years at Halliburton, and 12 years for Adams Bros. Concrete. Ruth loves to "spoil" the Men's Leagues and also enjoys working with the Junior League on Fridays. We would not know what to do without Ruth at Green Valley.
Ruth and her husband John have one daughter, seven sons, eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. The live on the east side of Zanesville. Ruth loves to cook, spend time with her family, and enjoys playing Bingo.
Frank has been employed at Green Valley Golf Club for the last ten years, and will once again provide his expertise for an 11th year during the 2011 season. Frank's responsibilities include serving as a course representative for the weekly leagues, and assisting with the organization and providing instruction for the Friday Summer Youth League. Frank also assists with the corporate and charity outings doing rules sheets, scorecards, and the scoring for these events.
Frank resides in Zanesville with his wife Erica and two beautiful children. Frank main employment is the Principal at the Franklin Local Community Schools in Roseville. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and plays golf in the Thursday Night Men's League at GVGC.
